Our OPTI-FIT Training Program is a 12 Week / 90 day Hybrid Training system consisting of in person Small Group Personal Training Sessions and Online Training Programs you complete in your own time. Each intake is a small group of 4 individuals to ensure individual attention to detail, high quality instruction and adaption to sessions whenever needed due to injury, fitness ability and experience.
