THERE IS NO QUICK FIX.

In today's society we have be come accustomed to the culture of searching for the quick fix, instant results, instant access, on demand, the 6 minute Abs...chasing what we want when we want it but with regards to gaining sustainable long term optimum health & fitness this simply is not reality!


There is no quick fix! There are no shortcuts! Accept that gaining true tangible skills, knowledge, health, fitness and nutrition takes time, consistent hard work and dedication to develop! At times, the process will be slow and sometimes painful! Painfully slow!!


Naturally, building the basic foundations of any skill is the most time consuming to learn and effectively apply. Building basic movement patterns, correct form and body alignments, synchonisation of body & breath, conservation of energy & effeciency of motion and its related neuromuscular connections just to name a few, cannot be developed over night but repeated consistently and forged over many months and years.


Even having trained for many years, it is still of great benefit to go "back to basics" to correct bad habits that sometimes creep their way in over time and further refine ones knowledge, skills and ability. Dropping ego and bettering ones self in this way, naturally enables a coach to better coach their clients and then bring out their fullest potential.


The tireless pursuit to optimise in order to maximise health, fitness and athletic performance will never have a quick solution...there will be obstactles, barriers, plateaus but fall in love with the process, for it will always be a lifelong rewarding endeavour...
